Grom the Goblin is depicted as an eerie and grotesque creature with distinct features that set him apart from typical goblins.

His bald, wrinkled head is marked by deep furrows and prominent veins, giving him an aged and sinister appearance. His ears are large and pointed, jutting out prominently from the sides of his head, the nose is hooked and sharp, His mouth is contorted into a permanent scowl, suggesting years of sneering and growling. Grom the Goblin exudes an aura of menace and ancient malevolence – becoming a friendly face or a fearsome foe.
