Hugo is a horrifying sight to behold.

This poor brute is laden with defects and mutations from radiation, inbreeding, abuse, or all three. Swollen cranium, dead infected eye, cleft lip, heat blisters, and even running drool make this mask an exhibition of the grotesque. Amazingly inspires fear OR sympathy depending on the presentation.
