I have delt with alot of mask makers and still do. Your replys to emails is beyond great. No one has ever done it so quickly and thats a major plus. Most guys don't reply at all as soon as they have your money. Then, it gets frustrating for both parties and can make a awesome experience go sour.
And for making the mask when theres changes, you dont hesitate to fix or correct something in a timely manner. Also the updated progress images and updates were perfect. I always found myself asking makers about progress but you always beat me to it as you're quick. This is why i'd would do this again. The trust is really great especially when there alot of money involved.

In 2006 we bought a similar product and soon realized the quality was not up to par after spending $500. The mask tore in two places and the customer service was non existing. After visiting Composite Effects booth at Transworld 2007 we were impressed with the quality and reinforced silicone masks, let alone the awesome detail in their foam prosthetics. Ken and Wes communicated with us during our transaction and when the item shipped, being clear and concise on every detail of the transaction.

Like most artists, I'm usually not very good at entrusting critical phases of my projects to others-- but Composite Effects is the exception. Kenny and Wes are both artists and meticulous craftsmen (a rare combination these days). When I send something to them to be molded and cast, I know I'll get exactly what I need.
